Betty Sou has served as Richline Group’s Chief Financial Officer since Berkshire Hathaway acquired Richline in 2007. Betty oversees the following areas at Richline: finance, compliance, treasury, and human resources. 

Prior to joining Richline, Betty was the CFO of Bel Oro Group, from August 2005 to July 2007, and Michael Anthony Jewelry Inc., from August 2002 to August 2005. 

Before relocating to New York, Betty worked in Burbank, California where she served as the Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Secretary of OroAmerica Inc., one of the largest jewelry manufacturing/distribution companies in the country from September 1993 to July 2002. While at OroAmerica, Betty worked on the company’s IPO and on the development of owned offshore operations. 

Betty is a certified public accountant, holds a BA in accounting, and an MA in management and administration. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, mentoring, and traveling.
