Chief Financial Officer

Betty Sou has served as the Richline’ Group’s chief financial officer since Berkshire Hathaway acquired Richline in 2007.

Betty oversees the following areas at Richline: finance; compliance; treasury, and human resources. Prior to joining Richline, Betty was the CFO of Bel Oro Group from August 2005 to July 2007 and Michael Anthony Jewelry Inc. from August 2002 to August 2005. Prior to relocating to New York, Betty lived and worked in Burbank, California where she served as the principal accounting officer and corporate secretary of OroAmerica, Inc. one of the largest jewelry manufacturing/distribution companies in the country from September 1993 to July 2002. While at OroAmerica, Betty worked on the company’s IPO and on the development of owned offshore operations. She is a certified public accountant, holds a BA in accounting and an MA in management and administration.

In Betty’s spare time, she enjoys reading, mentoring and traveling.
