Dave Radcliffe is the CIO of Richline Group and EVP of operations for Richline Jewelry.

Prior to joining Richline Group, Dave was at Sardelli Jewelry for 13 years as CIO and COO. He has an extensive background in information technology, manufacturing, and distribution in retail and consumer goods companies. Prior to working in the jewelry industry, Dave worked for Polymeric Inc., a division of Bain Capital and Health-Tex Children’s Apparel a division of Chesebrough Ponds.

Dave earned a bachelor of arts from the University of Rhode Island. He makes his home in both Florida and Rhode Island.
