Eric Ma is the Managing Director of LeachGarner Hong Kong, Richline Group’s Jewelry Findings division. He has held this position since 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the Asia Pacific operations, including the distribution office in Hong Kong and the manufacturing facility in China.

Over the past decade, Eric has successfully developed a network of authorized distributors for LeachGarner across several key markets in South Korea, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, India, and China. He has also played a pivotal role in transitioning the production of LeachGarner’s U.S. product line to the company’s China factory.

Prior to joining LeachGarner, Eric boasts over 20 years of experience in developing markets and growing businesses across the Asia Pacific region. He has held progressive leadership roles at companies serving the industrial equipment, petrochemical, and retail industries, both at international firms and listed companies in Hong Kong.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng. Hons), as well as Master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and China Law (LLM). He currently resides in Hong Kong with his wife and two daughters.
