With a diverse background in linguistics, Fedora has built a robust career in the jewelry and supply chain industry. Her journey began in Bassano del grappa (VI) where she studied languages and got her high school degree in English and French. She continued her studies in London at the Barnet and Southgate College furthering her linguistics education.

Upon returning to Italy, and after a two years’ experience in the electric motors industry, Fedora entered the jewelry sector, working for one of Italy’s largest gold chain manufacturing companies for over ten years. Simultaneously she kept studying languages, business administration and international cultures which were always her passion. She learned Spanish and took basic lessons of other languages.

Her career took an exciting turn when she joined Michael Anthony/Beloro which together with Aurafin became in 2007 Richline Group where she remains today. Since than she has been an integral part of the team, starting as a merchandiser and purchaser, and now serving as the Administrator and General Manager of Richline Italy. Her role has been pivotal during various acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and continued growth.

She is passionate about dealing with different cultures and appreciating their unique perspectives, a passion fueled by her linguistic background. Outside of work, she is the proud mother of two sons.
