Janet Kim is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy of Richline Group.

Janet is an experienced business executive with a keen understanding of consumers, bridging global complex strategy with rigorous operational excellence and execution. Janet’s industry experience spans across jewelry and luxury retail, technology, and financial services.

Janet held key leadership roles at David Yurman, leading strategy, partnerships, business development and international expansion. At Apple Inc., she led global product launches and supply chain management and execution. She received the Excellence of Execution award at Apple for her product launch leadership. Janet was President and Co-founder of Mink Beauty, where she executed partnerships with global brands and received an innovation award from Popular Science.

Janet started her career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division focusing on healthcare, hospitals and biotech. Additional financial services experience includes private equity business development at Paul Capital. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Sloan School of Management.

Janet is an early member of Chief, an organization focused on supporting women executive leaders, and an active member of the MIT Alumni Association. She resides in New York City with her husband and son.
