NICK ROMANO
Chief Accounting Officer

Nick Romano is the chief accounting officer for Richline Group, Inc. He was appointed to this position in July 2007.

Nick is responsible for global leadership and oversight for external reporting, technical accounting matters, development of new accounting policies and the consolidation process. He is also responsible for reporting financial results to the company’s senior leadership.

Nick began his career in the jewelry industry over 20 years ago at Aurafin LLC. He worked for Aurafin in a variety of leadership positions, most recently as chief financial officer, and previously as vice president and controller.

Nick earned a bachelors degree in accounting and economics from Florida Atlantic University. He is also a certified public accountant.
