Arien Gessner is the president of Rio Grande, Richline Group’s jewelry industry supply division. He began his career in digital marketing and ecommerce and spent time at a national lab holding a security clearance with the Department of Energy. He joined Rio in 2013, stepping into the role of President in 2020.

Arien holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of New Mexico. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Erin and four children. Among his personal interests are cooking, gardening, and exploring the spectacular New Mexico outdoors.
