ARIEN GESSNER
President, Rio Grande

Arien Gessner is the president of Rio Grande, the jeweler’s supply division of The Richline Group.

Arien joined Rio Grande in 2013 as a member of the marketing department. Early in his career, he worked in digital marketing both in his own start-up and for other national retailers. Prior to joining Rio, Arien worked for a U.S. national laboratory where he held a security clearance with the Department of Energy. Arien holds a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from the University of New Mexico. Arien took on the role of president of Rio Grande in 2020 after the retirement of Alan Bell.

Outside of the office Arien enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He enjoys cooking, playing sand volleyball, and exploring the amazing outdoors that New Mexico has to offer.
