Michael Schwartz is President of Inverness, Richline’s ear-piercing business. Since taking responsibility in 2018, the business has expanded into new retailers, partnered with new distributors, opened additional markets, and has added international distribution centers.

Michael joined Richline Group in 1996, after a decade at Federated Department Stores in New York, where he held various management positions in the buying and merchandising areas. During his time with the Richline, Michael has led and managed all areas of sales and merchandising, most recently as executive vice president of Richline Jewelry.

Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and economics from the City University of New York. He lives in Florida with his wife Maxine. They both enjoy spending time with their four sons, as well as cycling, skiing, and yoga.
