Dov Zipper, born and raised in Montreal, Canada, has dedicated 35 years to the jewelry trade. He has spent the past 30 years with the Richline Group. Currently, he holds the position of Directing Manager at DRL Manufacturing, overseeing one of the largest import/export jewelry manufacturers in Latin America.

Dov's leadership extends beyond DRL Manufacturing. He has served two terms as the President of the Dominican Republic's Free Zone Association and continues to contribute as a member of the board. His extensive experience and dedication have made significant impacts in the industry, both locally and internationally.
